Awwww. That is Antheus, the Eurasian Black Vulture that lived at Antwerp Zoo until January 2010 (he moved away) …
What a nice surprise to see this picture of him here. Thank you for sharing this!

I have more pictures of him and the two new Eurasian Black Vultures that moved into his enclosure on a facebook site: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Aegypius-monachus-Eurasian-Black-Vulture/105568059479527?ref=sgm. The new female here is actually the same one that was living there when this photo was taken.
